They are closed on Friday so I had to pay for three extra days of water service than we needed. The lady on the phone was unprofessional. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Terrible setup from the start. You literally have to use them so it obviously won't get better. The phone calls half the time are so full it says call back later. When you go in, you will wait a minimum of 20 minutes to talk to someone. Not to mention they close on Friday, so you have even more limited time to go see them. The parking lot is always full and hard to park. Wish they'd spend less money on a nice building and more for customer service/labor.
