- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Been here 3 separate times to pick up a package, and every single time the person at the window picking up has an issue--instead of creating a side line for the 10 people also waiting, they just continue talking and not actually making any progress with the initial customer for 20+ minutes....every.single.time.ive been here...horribly slow customer service and apparently lots of issues.By Sara Darroch, April 04, 2017
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Seriously the best customer service I've ever had at a post office. I was dreading going but so glad I did! It was during lunch hour 12pm. Pretty busy however, 3 agents at the counter, 1 at the quick counter towards the back and I believe 2 supervisors on the floor (bc they didn't have uniforms on) knocked the line down in a matter of mins. One of the supervisors ended up helping me and got me a good price with a proactiv return I had (whole different story but proactiv is a scam, I've cancelled my account 2x and they keep sending me boxes & charging my credit card). I wish I would have gotten his name. So nice and helpful. I also, had passport questions on my minor son's passport and they thoroughly explained everything. This made my day. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I would rate it lower then 1 star... They are slow, unorganized, lazy, and rude. Went to pick up my meds and spent over an hour waiting in line. Everytime I come here and its the same thing... There are 3 employees just standing by the front, not doing anything. One woman that works here chatted with someone she new for over 20 minutes while they line just kept growing...By Steve Walker, October 21, 2016
- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆I would say it depends on which staff member you get. Ive had to deal with some major issues there and I use this location frequently. The supervisor, manager, and staff are average. There are team members who've been on the job too long and others long enough and haven't yet soured with the job. I see clerks I don't want to even approach and others I pray I get. Originally I gave it two stars and thought of those who go above and beyond. I had to bump it up to 3 stars.By CJ Watson, October 17, 2016
