- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Though she's very knowledgable be careful! Our personal tax documents was sent to the wrong address and we still haven't received our refund. When i called her she was unhelpful and unreasonable. I also received about 3 other individuals tax information in my packet. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Tons of qualifications, but at the same time overcharges and has way too many clients and a lot of excuses and using other peoples tax stories long story short myself and at least three other co-workers went to her for OIC's where she assured us that she knew what she was doing, well needless to say after paying over 1000 dollars the IRS not only rejected my OIC but three of my co-workers as well, after the IRS agent said your Tax CPA should have seen that you made too much money to even qualify for this and shouldn't have even charged you. So needless to say I am out 1000 dollars which could have gone to my current tax bill yet instead is in her pocket along with my co-workers money as there OIC's were all denied too.
