  Spent $4000 in auctions. One auction I spent $800 listed as returns. Almost all auctions listed as returns are salvage. The 5 most expensive most easily sellable for the most profit are broken. These items go through amazon returns.. the ones amazon reject go here. I have found over and over again that the most expensive listed items in an auction are damaged. Return auctions are salvage.. salvage auctions are trash. There are some exceptions, but bid low.   Really nasty and unethical company. For starters, they treat their workers pretty badly, denying them sick days, and purposefully "riding" them, because I guess they figure a sick and stressed employee is a more productive. From what I've seen and heard, it's more likely a tactic to cycle employees, and create fast turnover rates so they don't have to pay into employee benefits, for long anyways, and thanks to places like Ultimate Staffing, they feed these guys fresh new workers at nearly the drop of a hat, whenever needed. Hurray for scum helping scum! Management is disgraceful, they are immature, narcissistic, and down right unprofessional. The main warehouse manager is a real piece of work. That man has only 2 discernable skills, kiss everyone's butt in appeasement, or, in the event of a problem, simply blame all the other employees. Not only does he fail time and time again to do his job to any acceptable degree and present any air of professionalism, he outright refuses to take personal responsibility concerning anything related to his position. What a disgusting, two-faced, lowlife cretin. As for services, that's a quick and easy one. They have vague guidelines, and lots have almost no information in their description, and will refuse to return or make any adjustments. All they will do, is have someone kiss your butt, blame the warehouse employees who packed it, then show you the door. Seeing a trend in operation by any chance? Unless you really enjoy migraines paired with collecting overpriced junk, I'd recommend steering as far away from this racket as possible. Also, not supporting abusive corporate culture is always a plus, we could always use more of that these days

  We purchase tens of thousands of dollars in clothing and the new policy's implemented to protect the "brand integrity" of items has decreased the value of all the items we purchase and made some worthless. They have taken black markers to multiple packs of white shirts that came in our auction. The black markers are to block out the brand name which actually highlights the brand name and bleeds through the back of the garment. Who wants to purchase or wear a shirt that has a giant black inc spot on the neck? We are not purchasing shop rags, please update the policy according.

  They need to label this a salvage auction only almost everything you buy will be broke missing parts they say wholesale but far from it any one can sell garbage for cheap
